Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure financing. Currently serving as Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Jorge previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where Jorge established a private infrastructure debt investment platform with over $1.8 billion in capital. Prior to that, leadership roles included Managing Director at Aladdin Capital, where a closed-end fund for private market debt investments was launched, and Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort, focusing on infrastructure financing in North America. Early career experiences include Vice President at BNP Paribas, Associate at Crédit Agricole CIB, and Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., contributing to a robust foundation in financial modeling and transaction structuring. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
