Debasish Roychowdhury

Debasish Roychowdhury currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial at In-Solutions Global Ltd since March 2023, providing leadership and strategic guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal affairs while overseeing a team of 10. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President and Assistant Group Company Secretary at HSBC, where Debasish led a 15-member team, and Associate Director of Global Compliance and Legal Counsel at Morae, managing company secretarial and compliance matters. Debasish has also held significant positions at EY and PwC, focusing on corporate secretarial services and compliance under various laws. Earlier roles spanned several organizations, including Apeejay Tea Limited, National Stock Exchange, KHADIM India Ltd, MPS Group, and Andrew Yule & Company Ltd, building a comprehensive foundation in legal and compliance functions. Debasish has earned multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School and is a Fellow Member of ICSI.
