Heiko Linser

Heiko Linser has diverse work experience in recruiting and personnel management. Heiko is currently serving as the Head of Recruiting and Personnel Marketing at in-tech GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ashfield Engage, where they held various roles including Head of Recruitment, Teamlead Vacancy Management, and Recruitment Specialist from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Ashfield Engage, they worked at Hays as a Supervisor and Recruiter from 2012 to 2016. Heiko also gained experience as a Junior Personalreferent at DIS AG from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Heiko Linser served as Managing Director at Joeys Pizza and Pasta from 2009 to 2011.

Heiko Linser completed their education as an electronics technician in IT communications at Fernmeldewerk München.
