Lars Funke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at in-tech GmbH since August 2017, Lars focuses on agile concepts, onboarding, and establishing an agile network for continuous improvement. Previous roles include Project Manager and Development Engineer, where duties encompassed the development of mobility concepts and change management for global series deployment, as well as being a Senior Scrum Master responsible for agile training and certification. Lars founded Funke Consulting, managing event logistics and contract negotiations, and held positions in investigative research and personal assistance before pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
