Jenny Johnston

Jenny Johnston is the Head of Agency Operations at In The Car (ITC) since September 2023. Previously, Jenny served as the Director of Embedded Insurance at Salty./CDK from November 2019 to September 2023, being one of the initial twenty employees at the innovative insuretech startup, where Jenny led a Sales and Operations Team and championed Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. From April 2016 to November 2019, Jenny was the Insurance General Manager at Ken Garff Automotive Group, enhancing business development and team performance. Earlier roles include Field Sales Associate and Agency Process Specialist at Allstate, where Jenny focused on operational optimization and client relationship management. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in History, both from Idaho State University.
