Thijs van de Broek

Thijs Van de Broek is an experienced professional in research, insights, and design, currently serving as the Lead of the Research & Insights team at In The Pocket since October 2017, where expertise in UX research and data analytics aids informed decision-making. Previously, Thijs worked as a Strategist, focusing on long-term client success by translating visions into actionable recommendations, and served as a Service Designer at Made, combining human behavior insights with technology to develop impactful solutions. Thijs has also held positions as a Research Consultant at InSites Consulting, where responsibilities included project management and data analysis, and as a Creative Intern at Claro Partners, exploring people-centered opportunities in the personal data economy. Thijs began a career with an internship at ACT LIGHTING DESIGN, contributing to notable projects like the Champs-Elysées Christmas illumination. Education includes a Master's degree in Product Design from LUCA School of Arts and a postgraduate qualification in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
