Sandeep Jain is the Managing Director at In Time Tec. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder of Sajeevan Buildtech Pvt Ltd from March 1998 to July 2014. Sajeevan Buildtech Pvt Ltd is a real estate company focused on providing low-cost housing. The company was able to provide quality housing at an affordable price, which resulted in a mutual advantage for both the company and its customers. In order to attract customers, the company introduced an after-sales service that was included in the sales price. One of the major challenges for the company was to keep the sales cost minimum, so they created a streamlined structure by keeping the margins low.
