Susan Goldsberry

Susan Goldsberry has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Susan began their career in 1981 as a Research and Development Chemist at JAFRA Cosmetics International, followed by roles as a Research and Development Chemist at Levlad LLC and Research and Development Chemist at Richardson-Vicks. From 1985 to 2007, Susan served as the Vice President of the R&D team at Raffaello Research Laboratories, where they played a crucial role in developing products for well-respected brands. In 2007, they founded and became the President of Benchmark Cosmetic Laboratories, which specialized in hair and skin care formulations. Under their leadership, Benchmark became a leading global resource for technologically-advanced product formulas. In 2019, they successfully merged Benchmark with KDC/One, a global provider of manufacturing and packaging solutions. Susan then served as a Strategic Advisor at Benchmark, a KDC/ONE Company from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of Ina Labs, a position they have held since October 2022.

Susan Goldsberry attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1977 to 1981. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.
