Giorgio Mihaila

Giorgio Mihaila was appointed Chief Executive Officer – CPaaS in July 2022. Operating from North America, he is responsible for executing Symbio's global expansion strategy, directly contributing to Symbio's vision of 100 million numbers on the network by 2030.

With a background as both an engineer and an executive, Giorgio has over 25 years of experience building international teams and cloud services at scale for Fortune 100 companies globally. His leadership and deep knowledge of the Asian market make him an invaluable contributor to Symbio's current and future expansion into the APAC region.

Before joining Symbio, Giorgio was the Vice President & General Manager of Customer Experience at Webex by Cisco. He also headed Global Communications at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and held leadership and technical positions at Five9, Verizon, and Avaya.
