Shekhar C. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Shekhar is currently working as a Software Engineer at Accord since January 2022. Prior to this, from August 2018 to August 2020, they served as a Co-Founder at Knoetical, where they developed a data intelligence platform and pipeline for analyzing customer reviews using natural language processing. Shekhar also deployed JIRA integration for Atlassian Cloud deployment and maintained the service for two years. Additionally, they developed a Speech Analytics based product to automate quality and compliance analysis of call center conversations.

In December 2019 to May 2020, Shekhar worked as a Software Engineer at Quaero, where they implemented API endpoints using JDBC drivers to expose CDP data securely and consulted the product team in developing production-ready demos for new customer acquisitions. Prior to that, from July 2019 to November 2019, they were a Founder In Residence at Entrepreneur First, where they developed a speech analytics product for call center conversations and successfully finalized five letters of intent.

Shekhar'searlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Citrix from July 2011 to January 2018. During this role, they implemented ICAP and IPS protocol stack into NetScaler kernel, facilitating communication with ICAP enabled servers and Intrusion Prevention Devices. Shekhar also worked on the development and maintenance of the TCP stack, implementing TCP timestamp option, RTTM, and PAWS support.
