Ricardo Viteri, PMP®, CSM

Ricardo Viteri is a PMP and CSM with extensive experience in program management, business analysis, and project management. Ricardo is currently employed as a Program Manager at INADEV and previously worked as a Sr. Business Analyst and Scrum Master at GDIT, a Senior Project Manager at Rigil Corporation, and a Senior Program Manager and Scrum Master at EVERFI. Ricardo also has a wealth of experience working at Verizon, where they worked in various roles as an IT Project Manager II and III, Senior IT Project Manager, and Software Engineer. Prior to their time at Verizon, Ricardo worked as a Software Engineer-Quality Assurance at Bell Atlantic. Throughout their career, Ricardo has consistently demonstrated strong coaching and leadership skills in promoting Agile principles and engaging stakeholders.

Ricardo Viteri earned their BS in Decision Science & Management Information Systems from the George Mason University School of Business between 1996 and 1999. In 2011, they obtained the Certification of Project Management from Georgetown University. Ricardo also completed multiple certifications in various fields such as program management, project management, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and operational and process excellence from institutions such as LinkedIn, Unqork, and the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they received certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2017. Viteri's education and certification history suggests that they have a diverse range of skills and knowledge in project and program management, Agile, Scrum, and continuous improvement methodologies.
