Manas Deshmukh

Manas Deshmukh is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in establishing and leading businesses across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CMO at Inaiways Technology Pvt Ltd since October 2022, Manas focuses on revenue generation and brand building. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Manas was instrumental in creating Inaiways's sales function. At HPS Wellness, Manas held roles as Business Head and Associate Vice President, concentrating on go-to-market strategies and team development. Manas also founded ZeroMiles Integrated Development Services, promoting clean drinking water in rural areas, and established the Paras Group to foster entrepreneurship among rural youth. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Field Service Specialist role at Baker Hughes and co-founding G T Hospitality Services. Manas holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
