Nadiya Damani, MBA, MIS has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Nadiya began their career as a Database Administrator at IBM in 1984 and then moved on to work as a System Development Manager at Keane Consultants from 1987 to 1992. Nadiya then joined The Home Depot as a Chief System Engineer from 1992 to 1996. In 1993, Nadiya founded their own company, INAMAX Powered by Ultra, where they serve as the CEO and Owner to this day. Nadiya also had a role as a Member at Vistage International from 2007 to 2010. Currently, they hold a position on the Advisory Board at United Community Bank, starting from 2017. With their extensive background in various roles and industries, Nadiya brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization they are involved with.

Nadiya Damani, MBA, MIS, has an extensive education history. Nadiya began their studies in 1980 at Georgia State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management in 1983. Building on this foundation, from 1984 to 1986, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. During this period, they also pursued a second master's degree, Masters Information Services, specializing in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. Nadiya's education journey has equipped their with a diverse set of skills and knowledge in the fields of business administration, computer technology, information services, and finance.
