Alexandre Battisti is an experienced business manager with a diverse background in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Inamo Restaurants since March 2022, Battisti also holds the position of General Manager at itsu since July 2018, overseeing operations in Guildford. Previously, Battisti was the General Manager at Five Guys Europe from September 2016 to July 2018 and served as Deputy Manager at Pizza Hut UK & Ireland from February 2015 to September 2016. Battisti began a career as Operational Manager and Business Administrator at Caprigem Com. de Autopeças Ltda from September 2008 to December 2014. With academic credentials that include a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from London Metropolitan University and an MBA in Business Management and Marketing from IBES, Battisti possesses a solid educational foundation in business administration.

Inamo has recently introduced a radically reshaped menu of Asian fusion and sushi dishes, including Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Miso Salmon with Mango & Papaya Salad, Pork Tonkatsu, Kung Pao Prawns, Miso Tilapia with Shichimi Okra Fries, Tamarind Mushrooms (ve), Gluten Free Chocolate Fondant with Coconut Ice Cream, and many more, alongside existing favourites such as Dragon Roll, Bang Bang Cauliflower (v), Beef Tataki, and Chicken Karaage.
