Dale Guthrie

Dale Guthrie has a long history of experience in operations and engineering management. Dale began their career in 1989 as a Production Unit Manager at GKN Automotive. Dale then moved to TRW Automotive in 1995 as an Engineering Manager. In 1998, Dale Guthrie became the Vice President of Operations at Hermes Abrasives Ltd. where they implemented SAP ERP operations, inventory control, and Production planning modules. In 2001, they took on the role of Engineering Manager at Diebold, where they implemented the production quality system and operator training programs to reduce quality defects from 155 K parts per million (PPM) to 15K PPM. From 2003 to 2005, they were an Operations Manager at Cook Medical, where they developed strategic plans to support 30+% growth for the operational areas. Dale then moved to B/E Aerospace in 2013 as a Manufacturing Engineering/Operations Manager, where they were responsible for taking the product from design concept to sellable product in 18 months. In 2021, they became an Operation and Engineering Manager at East West Manufacturing and in 2022, they assumed the role of Operations Manager at Inanovate Inc.

Dale Guthrie obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1986. Dale then completed a Certificate in Engineering Management at the same institution in 1987. In 1994, they earned an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business, with a focus in Business. In 2014, they obtained a Master Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University, with a focus in Quality. Dale also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in September 2014.
