Nina Santi has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles within the aquaculture and veterinary sectors. Currently, Nina serves as Daglig leder and Senior Advisor at INAQ AS, and as Non Executive Director at Ace Aquatec. In addition, Nina is a Member of the Board of Directors for Måsøval AS, Namdal Rensefisk, and NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Previously, Nina held various senior positions at AquaGen, including CEO, and has contributed to multiple boards, such as Nordnorsk Stamfisk AS and AquaSearch ova ApS. Nina holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Virology from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science, alongside additional degrees in Technology Management and Innovation Management. Further education includes participation in a program on sustainable reporting.
