Mayssam El-Kaii

Mayssam El-Kaii has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mayssam currently serves as a Business Analyst Team Lead at INARI.IO since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst Project Lead at the same company from June 2020 to March 2023.

In 2019, Mayssam pursued an International MBA program at IE Business School, where they gained valuable business knowledge and skills. Mayssam previously worked at Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance (Middle East) Ltd (DIFC) as an Account Manager, specifically handling property underwriting for reinsurance from March 2014 to June 2017.

Before that, Mayssam held the position of an Account Manager at ARAB RE, where they focused on non-life treaty and facultative area underwriting from October 2011 to February 2014. Mayssam also worked as a Communication, Visibility, and Media Correspondent at Mark Hachem Gallery from February 2011 to September 2011.

Furthermore, Mayssam gained work experience as an intern in the North Management Communications Office of UNRWA from July 2010 to September 2010. Overall, Mayssam has demonstrated a diverse range of roles and responsibilities in various industries, gaining expertise in business analysis, underwriting, and communication.

Mayssam El-Kaii attended the Grand Lycee Franco Libanais de Beyrouth from 1992 to 2007, where they received their French Baccalaureat with a specialty in Mathematics. Mayssam then went on to study at the American University of Beirut from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Mayssam also obtained additional certifications, including "Building and Maintaining Your UX Design Portfolio" from LinkedIn in February 2020, "Global Diplomacy - Diplomacy in the Modern World" from Coursera in February 2018, and "Understanding economic policymaking" from Coursera in December 2017.
