Katie Padama

Katie Padama's work experience begins with their role as a Quality Improvement Student Intern at Kaiser Permanente in 2019. Katie then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global from July 2020 to April 2021. Following that, they joined Masimo, where they held multiple positions including Technical Sourcer in R&D Engineering from April 2021 to December 2021, Technical Recruiter in R&D Engineering from December 2021 to July 2022, and finally Technical Recruiter II in R&D Engineering & University Relations from July 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Inari Medical, a public medical device company focused on treating venous diseases.

Katie Padama earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Long Beach. Katie completed their degree from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Katie obtained several additional certifications, including Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in November 2022, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in July 2022, HIPAA Certification for Business Associates from HIPAA Exams in December 2019, and Basic Certification in Quality from IHI in May 2019.
