Kelsey Lawson

Kelsey Lawson is currently serving as a New Product Introduction Engineer at Inari Medical, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey was a Manufacturing Engineer I at Penumbra, Inc. from November 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring production to identify and implement process improvements that increased production yield from 74% to 80%. Kelsey conducted thorough root cause analyses on non-conforming materials, which led to improved processing methods and saved the company approximately $300,000. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science Engineering from UC Irvine, completed in June 2021.
