Michael Bates

Michael Bates has extensive work experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Michael is currently working at Inari Medical as a Territory Manager since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Territory Manager at Inspire Medical Systems from November 2019 to May 2022.

From 2009 to 2019, Michael worked at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), where they held positions such as Account Executive- Acute Ventilation Capital Sales and Airway Critical Care Sales Specialist.

Before joining Covidien, they worked at KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. as a Field Marketing Specialist-ENT from November 2007 to April 2009.

Michael also has experience at Gilead Sciences as a Specialty Sales-Infectious Disease from February 2007 to November 2007, and at Sanofi as a Respiratory Specialty Representative - Hospital from March 2004 to February 2007, and as a Respiratory Sales Representative - Primary Care from February 2001 to February 2004.

Michael Bates completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Michigan School of Nursing from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Oakland University from 1995 to 1997, where they studied general courses to fulfill pre-requisite requirements.
