Sarah Ciferno

Sarah Ciferno has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Sarah currently works as a Manufacturing Engineer at Inari Medical since July 2023. Previously, they worked at MicroVention-Terumo as an Engineer II from May 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they held a position as an Engineer 1 at Applied Medical from October 2020 to April 2022, where they focused on process development analysis, engineering documentation, and continuous production engineering support. Sarah also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Rehrig Pacific Company from May 2019 to August 2019, working on plant projects and using lean tools for plant layouts. Additionally, they worked as a Research and Development intern at the University of Pittsburgh, where they assisted with various research projects, including additive manufacturing of PDMS artificial skin sensors.

Sarah Ciferno completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2020. During their time at the college, they also obtained a certification in Lean 101 in October 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, Sarah pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisville, graduating in 2022. The field of study for their MBA program is not specified.
