Justė Kudžmaitė

Justė Kudžmaitė has extensive work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Volunteer Worker for Savas. In 2011, they were a Trainee for Vilkaviškis regional newspaper "Santaka", followed by a Trainee role at Lietuvos ryto televizija in 2012. In 2013, they were a Coordinator for Lietuvos Atgaja and a Trainee for LRT. In 2014, they were a Marketing Manager for UAB Margin. In 2016, they were a Team Lead and Digital Account Manager for digitouch!, followed by an Account Manager role at vipcommunications in 2017. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Team Lead, Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at INK agency. Currently, they are a Communication Manager at Inbalance grid.

Justė Kudžmaitė obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Vilnius University in 2014. Justė has also obtained three additional certifications: 6 pagrindinės vadovavimo komandai praktikos from FranklinCovey Lithuania in 2021, Efektyvios derybos darbe ir versle from OVC Consulting in 2019, and Facebook reklama from EduMint in 2016.
