Erik Kaju

Erik Kaju serves as CPTO and a board member at Inbank since November 2022, where Erik has transformed the organization's structure to establish cross-functional product teams. As a founding member and advisor at Fund Fellow Founders since January 2022, Erik has contributed to building Estonia's first scout-model investment community. Since February 2020, Erik has ventured into angel investing in various early-stage companies. Prior to this, Erik held multiple leadership roles at Wise from 2014 to 2022, including Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering for Spend and Cards, where Erik developed innovative card issuance systems and expanded global payment methods. Erik's earlier experience includes software development and consultancy roles at Knowit Net Result and other organizations. Erik holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Design from TalTech and has completed further studies at the Estonian School of Diplomacy and the University of Tartu.
