Reio Kokla

Reio Kokla is an experienced technology professional with a solid background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Lead and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at Inbank since August 2020, Reio co-founded Recrur, a recruitment software and support services company, and held the position of CTO from March 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Ignite - Software Solutions, Progmatic, Eesti Energia AS, and Swedbank, encompassing software development, system analysis, and data warehousing. Reio holds a Master's degree in Business Information Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and a Professional Higher Education degree in Information Technology from The Estonian Information Technology College.
