Steve Shear

Steve Shear has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Steve most recently served as the Chief Deposit Officer at InBank. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President and Director of Treasury & Commercial Services at Central Bank & Trust. Earlier in their career, they worked at First Western Trust as the Senior Vice President and Director of Treasury Management. Steve began their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Licensed Banker.

Steve Shear earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007. Steve later attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and completed their studies in 2021. In addition to these degrees, Steve also obtained certifications such as the Wharton Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School. Moreover, they hold certifications from various institutions including the American Bankers Association and the Association for Financial Professionals in fields such as business and commercial lending and treasury management. Additionally, Steve successfully completed examinations such as the Series 6, Series 66, and Series 7 administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
