Inbay has an overarching mission to help empower IT companies. Over the last ten years, the landscape has changed significantly for MSPs. Firstly, moving from break-fix to recurring services and acquiring multiple other responsibilities, such as telephony, connectivity, and cyber security. These weren't seen as the sole responsibility of an IT company in the past as they often are today. "We seek to empower MSPs by complementing in house expertise with additional service offerings, essentially filling in the gaps which we hope removes the likelihood of an MSP having to pass up opportunities which could invite in the competition".
