Shaun McNamee is the Chief Financial Officer at Uptime Solutions, following the merger with Inbay. He also holds roles as Financial Director at Bonsoir of London and PLAYBRAVE SPORTS LIMITED. In addition, Shaun serves as Group CFO at a Private Family Office invested in various industries. With over 20 years of experience in finance, Shaun also owns and manages MagliaRosa, a Chartered Accountancy firm. Prior to his current roles, Shaun worked at PwC as a Partner and Director in Financial Services, specializing in M&A, deals, and PE transactions. Shaun McNamee's educational background includes a Master's degree with Honors in Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen.

Inbay has an overarching mission to help empower IT companies. Over the last ten years, the landscape has changed significantly for MSPs. Firstly, moving from break-fix to recurring services and acquiring multiple other responsibilities, such as telephony, connectivity, and cyber security.
