David Mortimer

David Mortimer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at InBC Investment Corp. since July 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Executive Director of Investment Capital, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Financial Planning, and Manager of Financial Planning for the Province of British Columbia from January 2011 to July 2021. Prior to that, David held the position of Senior Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of British Columbia from January 2008 to January 2011 and worked as an Auditor at Meyers Norris Penny from 2005 to 2007. David Mortimer holds a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) obtained between 2006 and 2008 and is a CFA charterholder from the CFA Institute, with studies completed from 2018 to May 2021. Academically, David earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Victoria, graduating in 2000.
