Rita L. Álvarez-Tabío Togores

Rita L. Álvarez-Tabío Togores is an experienced architect currently working at INBO since December 2019. Previously, Rita served as Lead Architect at WINCITY Group, overseeing the end-to-end development of innovative gaming halls that redefined the modern gaming experience. Earlier professional roles included positions as a Teaching Assistant at TU Delft, focusing on complex architectural projects, and as an Architectural Assistant at OMA, contributing to the major renovation of Berlin's KaDeWe department store. Rita's internship experiences spanned multiple prestigious firms, including SUMA Arquitectura, where involvement in award-winning projects showcased design and presentation skills. Rita holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, Urbanism, and Building Sciences from ETSAM (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid), with a keen interest in the architectural transformations within Cuba's socio-economic context.
