Elisa Rodríguez Lucas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of nanotechnology and neurotechnology. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Final Year Thesis student at the Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2), where they developed transistors for neuro-electronics. Elisa achieved an impressive grade of 9.6/10 with honors for their thesis.
In 2019, Elisa continued their research at ICN2 as a Research Fellow, focusing on nanotechnology. Simultaneously, they undertook a Master Thesis Project at PRBB (Barcelona Biomedical Research Park), further expanding their knowledge in the field.
Elisa also gained practical experience at the Societat Catalana de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia, where they held multiple roles starting from 2017. Elisa served as the Head of Community, Main Coordinator of the Nanotracking Project, Coordinator of the Student Commission, and Project Manager during their tenure. Additionally, they excelled as the Head of Communications from February 2020 to December 2020.
Most recently, Elisa joined INBRAIN Neuroelectronics in 2021 as a Neurotechnology Engineer.
Elisa Rodríguez Lucas completed a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, spanning from the year 2013 to 2018. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Neuroscience at Universitat de Barcelona from 2018 to 2020. In between, they attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2017 and 2018, focusing on Materials Science and Engineering.
