Rodrigo Alejandro Pérez Vázquez has a diverse range of work experience. Rodrigo Alejandro currently works as a Field Clinical Engineer at INBRAIN Neuroelectronics since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Research Assistant at The University of Freiburg from 2021 to 2022, where they contributed to characterizing interneurons of the mouse auditory cortex and performed various experimental techniques including patch-clamp recordings and cell imaging.

Rodrigo Alejandro also worked as a Student Tutor for the Neurophysiology course at the University of Freiburg in 2020, and as a Research Assistant at the Universitätsklinikum Freiburg from 2020 to 2020, where they conducted brain slice recordings and analyzed synaptic potentials. Additionally, they served as a Student Research Assistant at IMTEK, University of Freiburg from 2019 to 2019.

Outside of their academic career, Pérez Vázquez worked as a French Teacher at CELEX CET 1 - IPN from 2017 to 2018, where they developed communication and teaching skills while providing French lessons. Rodrigo Alejandro also gained research experience as a Summer Research Intern at Instituto Politécnico Nacional in 2015, where they utilized image processing tools to detect textures and presented their findings at a national congress. At Universidad Politécnica De Sinaloa in 2014, they conducted experiments and developed an algorithm to model hand thermal behavior using thermography techniques as a Summer Research Intern.

Furthermore, in 2013, Pérez Vázquez was a Summer Research Intern at Universidad de Guanajuato, where they implemented digital filters in embedded electronics. Lastly, they started their work experience as an Internet café Assistant at Café Internet from 2010 to 2012, where they gained knowledge in software and hardware and provided technical support to customers.

Rodrigo Alejandro Pérez Vázquez has a varied education history. Rodrigo Alejandro started their academic pursuits in 2007 at CBTIS 203, where they completed their Baccalaureate and became an electronics technician specializing in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology. In 2011, Pérez Vázquez enrolled at the Unidad Profesional Interdisciplinaria en Ingeniería y Tecnologías Avanzadas, where they earned a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería en Biónica, a field of study related to bioengineering. During this time, they also attended the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Bionics Engineering from 2011 to 2016.

In 2014 and 2015, Pérez Vázquez took part in an International Mobility program at EFREI - Grande école du numérique, which provided him with exposure to Business Intelligence. Rodrigo Alejandro'seducational journey continued, and from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science - MS in Neuroscience at The University of Freiburg. Overall, Pérez Vázquez has demonstrated a strong interdisciplinary approach to their education, combining engineering and technology with a specific focus on bionics and neuroscience.
