Anese Cavanaugh serves as the CEO and Chief IEP Officer of Active Choices, Inc. and the IEP Method®, focusing on leadership, organizational health, and culture transformation to foster Positive Energy Workplaces™. As a keynote speaker and executive leadership advisor, Cavanaugh shares insights on intentional leadership, team dynamics, and the importance of energy and presence in creating impactful organizations. With publications including "CONTAGIOUS CULTURE" and "CONTAGIOUS YOU," and experience as a columnist for Inc. Magazine, Cavanaugh emphasizes the integration of the IEP Method into organizational practices. Cavanaugh's background includes advisory roles at IDEO and the Swedish American Health System, as well as health and productivity expertise developed during tenure at Chevron.
