William Cleverly

Bill Cleverly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors. As CEO of INCA Capital since 2001, Bill has led the company through significant growth and development. Prior to this role, Bill co-founded Meritage Homes Corporation in 1983, serving as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer until 2003, where Bill played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona.
