Pedro Luis Santos

Pedro Luis Santos Diez is an accomplished CEO of Inca Patrimoniales since September 2014, a consultancy founded to address the rising demand for property claims, built on principles of unity, integrity, cooperation, ambition, talent, customer orientation, and profitability. Prior experience includes roles as Area Manager and Concessions Director at Altec Infraestructuras S.A., where responsibilities encompassed economic management of projects, team leadership, technical oversight, and contract procurement. As General Manager and Area Manager at TECONSA, Pedro launched a new asphalt company, achieving significant sales and profits within four years before leading the northern delegation. Early career at PROBISA, part of Grupo Vinci, began in Galicia, where rapid promotion to Group Leader and Technical Director fostered comprehensive business management skills. Pedro holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria and completed a General Management Program at the University of Deusto in 2018.
