Karsten Rudolph has a strong background in software development, with experience spanning over 26 years. Karsten began their career as a software developer at Marx Datentechnik GmbH in 1993. Karsten then moved on to Siemens AG in 1995, where they held various roles including Software Project Manager, Line Manager of Software Development, and Director of Software Development. In 2005, they joined BenQ Mobile GmbH & Co OHG as the Director of Software Development, overseeing the development of the 3G software platform. Karsten then transitioned to LSI Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in 2007, where they served as the Director of Communication Software & Methodology. Following this, they joined Infineon Technologies as the Senior Director of Communication Software and Methodology, as well as the Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Wireless Solutions GmbH. Since 2009, they have been working as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at incadea GmbH. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in software development methodologies and processes.

Karsten Rudolph completed their education in Electrical Engineering at Technische Universität Dresden from 1988 to 1993, earning a Diplom degree.
