Marko Helanen

Marko Helanen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Marko is currently serving as the Chief Cloud Officer at incadea. Prior to this role, they worked at incadea GmbH as the Director of Cloud Operations & IT, where they played a key role in building and expanding the company's Cloud Operations Business Unit. Marko also served as a Senior Cloud Architect / Cloud Operations Lead at the same company, leading a globally distributed team of Certified MS Azure cloud specialists and overseeing architectural solution designs. Before that, they were a Solutions Architect, responsible for Dynamics NAV solution architecture and providing technical support to enterprise customers. Marko started their career at CDK Global, where they held various positions, including Implementation Consultant and Senior Consultant, implementing ERP solutions for automotive companies and specializing in Mercedes-Benz products. Marko also worked at Automaster Oy as a Senior Consultant, implementing Automaster software and providing support to international customers. In addition, they gained experience as a Project Manager at Elbit oy. Overall, Marko Helanen has had a successful track record in driving digital transformation and delivering professional services in the cloud and IT industry.

Marko Helanen received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences in the years 2012-2015. Prior to that, they earned a 2nd degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Oulu polytechnics in the years 2000-2002. Marko also holds a certification in Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016 from QA Mentor - Software Testing Expert.
