With a background in education and innovation, Cynthia has served in various roles such as Graduate Research Intern, Consultant, Research Assistant, Senior Director for Strategy and Operations, and Senior Innovation Manager at different organizations including the NYC Department of Education and New York Public Library. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Chicago.
