Kara Hayward

Kara Hayward is a Principal at Incandescent, where Kara advises leaders and organizations on driving change. Prior to that, Kara was a Brand Manager at Bonafide Health, LLC, focusing on a new D2C business model. With a background in consulting at Monitor Deloitte, Kara has industry experience in strategic planning and growth strategies. Kara has also been involved in projects at UnLtd and StartingBloc. Kara holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and has completed additional education programs at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Tavistock Institute, and Dynamics of Consulting.
