Kara Hayward is a Principal at Incandescent, where Kara advises leaders and organizations on driving change. Previously, Kara held roles at Next Street, including Managing Associate, where Kara worked on growth strategies for organizations. Prior to that, Kara was a Brand Manager at Bonafide Health, LLC, focusing on a new D2C business model. With a background in consulting at Monitor Deloitte, Kara has industry experience in strategic planning and growth strategies. Kara has also been involved in projects at UnLtd and StartingBloc. Kara holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and has completed additional education programs at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Tavistock Institute, and Dynamics of Consulting.
