Helena Maripuu

Helena Maripuu serves as the Group Communication and IR Lead at Incap since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's communications and investor relations strategy and contributing to sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes project management for sustainability projects at CEESEN and the University of Tartu, as well as communications management at Callisto kommunikatsioonibüroo, where a range of strategic communication services were provided. Helena has also held roles at Eesti Energia, overseeing communications in the energy sector, and has engaged in mentorship within the University of Tartu's Mentoring Programme. Helena holds a Master's degree in Communication Management and a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Tartu, and has also studied at the University of East Anglia.
