Puneet Bharadwaj

Puneet Bharadwaj is the Managing Director at Incapsulate. Puneet has over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing and business development.

Puneet started their career as a Marketing Intern at Siemens in 1998. After completing their internship, they joined Tata Teleservices Ltd as a Group Leader. Puneet worked with the company for over 4 years and was responsible for new business acquisition and developing GTM strategy for the group.

In 2005, Puneet joined SKP Group as Vice President - Business initiatives. Puneet was responsible for defining GTM strategy for the group and acquiring new businesses for the outsourcing division. Puneet also played a key role in growing the research and data services business in U.K. and mainland Europe.

After working with SKP Group for a year, Puneet joined Datamatics Financial Services Ltd as General Manager Business Development. Puneet was responsible for developing the U.K. Market for financial services outsourcing that included booking keeping, accounts production, and tax processing.

Puneet has been with Incapsulate for over 6 years now and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Under their leadership, Incapsulate has become one of the leading providers of marketing and business development services in the world.

Puneet Bharadwaj holds an MBA in Marketing from Birmingham City University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Puneet attended Jamnabai Narsee School.

Their manager is Ajay Batish, Partner & CEO. Puneet Bharadwaj works with Jonathan Light - Managing Director, Manosh Chakravorty - Chief Growth Officer, and Gopal Kalluri - Partner.
