Willie Kelty is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a diverse background in IT support and infrastructure. Currently self-employed since June 2019, Willie has provided services as an IT Support Specialist and Remote Support Engineer. Prior experience includes working as an Infrastructure Specialist at Markel FirstComp from April 2011 to March 2017, where support was offered for hardware, software, and audiovisual systems across multiple offices. Additionally, Willie served as a User Support Specialist at the Penn State University Dickenson School of Law from January 1997 to November 2009, implementing IT services for the school's new location. Willie holds a BS in Science, specializing in Physical Sciences and Information Sciences with Support Services, obtained from Penn State University between 1983 and 1987.
