Ken Smith

Ken Smith, MBA, is an Agile Scrum Certified professional with extensive experience in product ownership and project management. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Incedo Inc. within the Verizon Business group, Ken focuses on Digital Churn Reduction by understanding business customers' needs. Prior to this role, Ken worked at UPS as a Sr. Product Owner and at Verizon in various capacities, including Product Owner and ScrumMaster, where responsibilities involved cross-functional collaboration and project delivery within budget constraints. Ken's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, overseeing teams of over 200 employees, and owning Martial Enterprises LLC. Ken holds an MBA in Management from Strayer University and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
