Richa Kaushik

Richa Kaushik is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager for the Incedo Campus Program at Incedo Inc. since October 2021, leading campus hiring initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Executive and Executive positions focused on coaching, employee wellness, and campus hiring, as well as consulting in campus hiring at Sri Sri Tattva in Europe. Richa also gained valuable experience as a Business Intern in Market Strategy at Sri Sri Tattva, a Student Coordinator for Career Services at Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Dubai, and worked on digital marketing and content creation projects while with Shankara Naturals Europe. Richa's early career includes a marketing and admissions internship at Sri Sri University, where leadership and marketing efforts were directed towards student admissions and promotional activities. Richa holds an MBA in International Business from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Sri Sri University.
