Kostas Tsagkaris

Kostas Tsagkaris is the Founder and Managing Director & Head of Technology at Incelligent. Kostas is also a Co-Founder/CTO & Managing Director at WINGS ICT Solutions. In addition, Kostas serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Digital Systems, University of Piraeus, and as a Senior Researcher at the Telecommunication Networks and Integrated Services Laboratory, University of Piraeus Research Center. With a background in research and software engineering, Kostas has a PhD in Network Planning, Management, and Optimization from the National Technical University of Athens.
