Hannah Ryan

Hannah Ryan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Incendia Partners since June 2025. Ryan held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager at Advent International from May 2024 to May 2025. As a co-founder of Monument Staffing, a full-service staffing agency established in September 2002, Ryan has advised numerous organizations on hiring strategies. Ryan’s extensive career includes roles as Executive Vice President & Managing Director, where mentoring and training sales teams were key responsibilities, and Vice President & Administrative Group Division Manager, achieving record annual sales. Earlier experience includes managing sales operations and recruitment at Garber Travel and Cunney & Jospe’. Ryan holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Music (Viola Performance) from the University of Rochester and Eastman School of Music, both earned in 1999.
