Scott Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Partner at Incendia Partners since January 2019, Scott has developed a strong track record in full desk recruiting. Previously, Scott held the position of Senior Recruiter at Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions from February 2009 to December 2018, earning recognition as the top producer for seven consecutive years. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Specialist at Life Systems International, where Scott developed marketing strategies and coordinated events, and as Yacht Broker at Carolina Marine Group, where Scott marketed and sold custom-built sportfishing boats.
