Jane Vancil

Jane Vancil has over 15 years of experience in the corporate tax and incentives industry. Jane began their career in 2001 as a Sr. Tax Manager at Maverick Tube Corporation. Jane then moved to MEMC Electronic Materials as a Tax Manager in 2006, followed by Sr. Tax Manager at Patriot Coal in 2007. In 2009, they joined Monsanto as a Senior Tax Manager - State and Local Tax. In 2010, they were Tax Controller at Motor Corporation, and in 2011, they became Chair of the Due Diligence Committee and a Startup Mentor at ITEN STL. In 2013, they were hired as Vice President - Business Incentives at Duff & Phelps, and in 2016 they became Entrepreneur In Residence at Information Technology Entrepreneur Network (STL non-profit) ITEN. Also in 2016, they founded IncentiLock, where they serve as CEO and architect of SaaS products and apps designed for business incentive compliance reporting.
