Samruddhi Patil

Samrudhi Patil is currently working as a Human Resources Associate at Incentius, where Samrudhi handles the end-to-end employee lifecycle, sourcing candidates, onboarding and exits, managing employee data on GreytHR, organizing team-building activities, and handling compliance activities. Samrudhi also previously served as a Human Resources Intern at Incentius, where Samrudhi recruited for various intern and fresher level positions and assisted in employee engagement activities. Samrudhi is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from Deccan Education Societys Fergusson College. Samrudhi is now a Human Resources Associate at Aurochs Solutions.
