Daniel Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and human development. As a founding partner at Incentiva since May 2018, Daniel also serves as a member of the Growth Leaders Academy, where the focus is on empowering marketing professionals. In addition, Daniel holds consultancy roles in strategic marketing at Gênesis PUC-Rio, an innovation hub for startups, and at Shell Iniciativa Jovem, which fosters sustainable business practices among youth. Daniel's career includes teaching emotional intelligence and productivity at Escola Conquer, owning a human development training company, and consulting on relationship management and sales strategies with notable organizations.
