Ugo Samuels

Ugo Samuels, SPC6, currently serves as Principal Scrum Master at ICF since February 2020, demonstrating expertise in Scrum methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to facilitate Agile team processes and support value delivery. Concurrently, Ugo holds the position of Database Manager at ITG - Incentive Technology Group, overseeing project management for the ADSD DCOE MS SQL Server team at the US Census Bureau. Previously, Ugo worked as Senior Database Administrator at IBM-Global Technology Services, leading large-scale database implementations and managing deliveries for enterprise clients across various database platforms. Ugo's career began at AT&T as a Senior Database Administrator, where responsibilities included provisioning Oracle databases. Ugo holds a Master of Science in Information Technology: Database Services and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
